Matthew Fort is well known for his work with Food & Drink in the British Media. He is also a great friend of Lavazza. Currently, Matthew is travelling around the Italian Islands researching for a new book to accompany his previous work on Sicily,  'Sweet Honey Bitter Lemons’.
